We have lived here over 10+ years. When we first moved in it was awesome! Then Echelon took over and stopped doing repairs and addressing tenants concerns. Then AMC, LLC took over and finished turning it into a slum property. We were considering moving out and then Urban Phenix took over. The team had really stepped up to address issues and concerns. They are so responsive to our concerns. Deana, Keny, Don, Erinson, Roman, Nick and the rest of the team are Rockstars! The property is finally starting to feel like it did when we first moved in.

I moved in 3 months ago, and I like it here. I have all I need in one place. The staff has been so nice to me and they listen to my needs. I know they are also working hard to make this a greater place to live and call home.

I had the pleasure of touring with Angel last week, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Angel was incredibly helpful, taking the time to show me around thoroughly and answering all of my questions with professionalism and warmth. Her friendly demeanor and detailed explanations made me feel confident and well-informed. Because of our interaction, I am eager to move forward with leasing when it’s my time to move in the next couple of months. Angel truly made a lasting impression, and I highly recommend working with her if you’re considering a tour.

The leasing lady Angel Barrios, was very helpfull with my questions and concerns . I'm now a very comfortable tenant. The building engineer Daniel has been very helpful with the small requests I have had as well. My new place is great because them both.
